The animation accompanies a poem composed by writer Karel Eykman. It talks about the joy of taking a bath and being naked.  While making it, I found inspiration by diving into my own childhood memories about bathing. I also did a lot of sketching at the seaside, where I could observe how children play in the water. I turned my best ideas into the storyboard seen below. 

I made the animation using a combination of papercutting and digital drawing techniques.
